Itinerary Details

Day 1

Departure for the Drakensberg Mountains via the Valley of a 1000 Hills, Pietermaritzburg and the Natal Midlands. You will stop for lunch at one of the local Country Inns. Arrive in the central Berg area for dinner and overnight at a local resort.. Dinner, bed and breakfast included, lunch at own expense

Day 2

Morning departure in a 4x4 vehicle for ascent of Sani Pass into the Kingdom of Lesotho. Your passport is required for Lesotho. Visit a Sotho village. Enjoy lunch at the highest pub in Africa! Return to Durban via the Natal Midlands.

Family

There are no age restrictions on this tour, but it left to the parent's discretion whether their child would enjoy sometimes long distances on the road. Children under 12 pay 50% of the adult rate.
