On this safari we make use of good quality lodges. The vehicles carry a maximum of seven persons with guaranteed window seats (one in front), and the itinerary is designed to see the most of the National Parks within a limited time frame. A one-way flight from the Serengeti to Arusha offers an aerial view of these magnificent plains. Optional would be a balloon safari.
Includes full days in Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti.

Day 1
08h00 We will meet guests at their hotel in Arusha, for a short briefing before commencing on safari to TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK, with a picnic lunch. The day will be spent enjoying this beautiful park, famous for its elephants and plentiful baobab trees. Late afternoon we depart to the highlands of Ngorongoro to check into our lodge. Lunch & Dinner included.
Day 2
Today you will enjoy a day in the Ngorongoro Crater, often seeing four of the big five with ease! Return to your lodge to overnight and relax. All meals included.
Day 3
From Ngorongoro highlands we drive down to the Serengeti plains via Olduvai Gorge and possibly a Maasai Village visit (optional). Picnic lunch en route enjoying game drives along the way. Overnight Serengeti Lodge, All meals included.
Day 4
Full day exploring the Serengeti. All meals included.
Day 5
From Serengeti, slowly game drive back via Ngorongoro highlands to overnight at your lodge in the Manyara area. All meals included.
Day 6
Up early to enjoy game drives in Lake Manyara national park, before returning to Arusha mid afternoon. Breakfast & Lunch included.
Limitations
- family: for health and safety reasons this trip is recommended to families with children over 6 years old, however the lodges will accept children of all ages.
- the following are a few of the possible arrangements that can be made to make your trip as a parent (or child!) more enjoyable: - early dinner sittings can be arranged with children friendly meals - child minders will happily watch children either in their bedroom or TV room whilst parents go for dinner (note that although many of the female staff are mothers, none of them are 'qualified' nannies) - all lodges have board games for children, suitable for ages 3 and upwards. Paints, crayons and colouring in books can also be organised the swimming pools (available at some of the lodges) are suitable for children (with parental supervision) with very shallow sections.
