A six-day safari from Entebbe, visiting the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda. On this itinerary, time permits for either one or two treks - if trekking once the other day being used for a forest walk or cultural/village visit. A combination of good quality lodges and hotels or camps are used throughout, and transport is by customised 4x4 vehicle. All meals on safari are provided, bed & breakfast only in Entebbe. Included is an excursion to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary on Lake Victoria .

Fly or drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest or to Rwanda Parc National de Volcans – overnight at lodge. For those flying in, an afternoon forest walk or cultural visit may be undertaken. All meals included. Charter flight or full day drive. We strongly recommend flying.
Gorilla trekking, overnight Bwindi / Rwanda. All meals included. (Walking)

Drive to Lake Mburo, overnight tented camp or lodge. Game viewing and walking in national park. ll meals included. (5-6 hours drive.)
Return to Entebbe arriving late afternoon. Curio shopping en route. Additional accommodation may be booked on request.Ngamba Island recommended for an overnight stay post safari. Do NOT book flight departing before 20h00. All meals included. (5 hours drive)Accommodation tonight not included.
