Kanana Camp

Description: 

Kanana is a hidden jewel set deep in the Okavango Delta amongst grass covered islands formed by fertile eroded termite hills dotted with fig, palm and other trees providing shade and a lookout for predators to spot their prey on the floodplain.

The dining and sitting areas are raised on decking encircling a massive ancient fig tree. Professionally managed menus include fresh bread baked daily and fresh vegetables. The gift gallery is stocked with local handicrafts and other items.

8 large, twin-bedded safari tents en suite Each tent is built on decks overlooking the Delta, with windows to take full advantage of this setting. The tents stand amongst spectacular shade trees of ebony, knobthorn acacia and the sausage tree. The bathrooms have hot and cold running water (24 hours), a shower and a flush toilet.
