Northern Kruger

Sirheni bushcamp

Highlights: 

Sirheni Bush Camp nestles on the edge of Kruger's Northern Plains within the Mopane Veld of the region. The Sirheni Dam, on the Mphongolo River, lies next to the camp.

Shingwedzi restcamp

Highlights: 

Shingwedzi lies in the northern part of the park in the heart of mopane country where waterbuck, nyala, kudu and elephant are often seen and the bird life is prolific.

Shimuwini bushcamp

Highlights: 

Shimuwini Bush Camp lies on the banks of the Letaba River, at the Shimuwini Dam - which remains an important source of water even during the dry season.

Punda Maria restcamp

Highlights: 

The camp is situated in the northern most Sandveld region that is often described as the botanical garden of the Kruger National Park. This is a birder's paradise!

Pafuri Camp

Highlights: 

Pafuri Camp is situated between the Limpopo and the Luvuvhu Rivers in the northern sector of the Kruger National Park, in a 24 000 hectare area called the Pafuri or the Makuleke.

Letaba restcamp

Highlights: 

Letaba is located on a sweeping bend on the river of the same name. The camp affords a wonderful oasis from the surrounding Mopane bush with lush riverine trees providing welcome shade.

4 day Nyalaland Trail

Highlights: 

The Nyalaland Trail winds through one of the prime wilderness areas of southern Africa - the Kruger National Park. The trail camp is situated north of Punda Maria, near the Luvuvhu River.
