Bushlands Game Lodge
The Lodge is unique in many respects, offering clients exclusivity at reasonable rates, due to the small and personalised nature of the Lodge. The wooden lodges are built on stilts, elevated above a sand forest where many local game species such as Zebra wander around and are often found drinking from the swimming pool. The convenient location of Bushlands makes it a popular base from which to visit the nearby attractions and Game Parks. A host of game drives to surrounding parks, day tours and transfers are available through the resident touring company, Zululand Tours and Safaris. Scuba diving, snorkelling, hiking, a visit to DamaZulu Traditional Village or a cruise on Lake St Lucia to view crocodile and hippo can be easily arranged by your personal Game Rangers and Guides.
Bushlands Game Lodge is centrally situated in Zululand and is surrounded by over 300 000 acres of national parks including Hluhluwe, Imfolozi, Mkuzi, Nduma, St Lucia and Sodwana Bay.

The cottages are connected by raised wooden walkways which lead to the main dining room, bar, swimming pool and Boma where guests enjoy drinks around the campfire before dinner. The resident chef prepares mouth-watering meals and specialises in succulent venison and other game dishes.
