Eagle Island
Eagle Island Camp at Xaxaba (pronounced 'KaKaaba') means 'island of tall trees'. It is a water-based, thatched and tented camp on a raised wooden deck. The camp is shaded by a canopy of indigenous trees that provide the perfect habitat for a myriad of bird species.

Sunsets can be enjoyed from the Fish Eagle Bar or from the raised deck overlooking the lagoon. Also overlooking the lagoon is a large heated swimming pool. Other facilities include a private outdoor leisure camp; curio shop with safari wear.

12 twin-bedded tents en suite. Each has a spacious viewing deck and outdoor lounge with hammock and views over the lagoon. Tents have been designed to complement the natural surroundings. The tents feature en suite bathrooms and dressing areas. For your convenience, in-room safes, individual gas geysers, air conditioning, mini-bars, in-room safes, hair dryers, electric overhead fan, 110v/220v plugs for electric razors, facilities for charging video batteries, 24 hour lighting and intercom to reception are provided.
