The camp affords elevated views from the wild bushveld beyond as it hovers 70 feet up, cradled by an ancient Ebony tree. | Facilities Tree Camp takes its name from the ancient ebony tree shading the camp. Small and exclusive, it is surrounded by large shady trees and offers wonderful views of the Sand River. There is a gracious living area with a guest library. The main sitting area leads out onto a wooden deck, raised on high stilts off the ground. Elegant candlelit dinners are enjoyed in the boma (open air dining area). There is a large swimming pool set in the camp's garden. Guests are welcome to visit Londolozi Bateleur Camp's curio shop and interpretive centre. | Accommodation 6 suites
Tree Camp, a member of Relais et Chateaux, boasts six exceptional suites. Each suite is beautifully decorated, featuring a canopied bed draped in muslin mosquito net and is equipped with air conditioning and personal bar. All suites are en suite and bathrooms are designed for ultimate relaxation, with huge inviting tub and twin hand basins. Private deck with plunge pool and outdoor shower overlooks the lush banks of the Sand River. In addition three suites have a private sala. These intimate covered decks extend into the treetops by a short elevated walkway. The deck floors feature inviting chairs and comfortable footstools. | Family Children are welcome, although triple rooms not possible. Regretfully, children 5 years and younger cannot participate in game-drives. Child minders at an additional cost.
