| ecoQuest Mara Porini Camp is committed to responsible and sustainable tourism and to making a positive contribution to conservation of wildlife habitat and to create benefits for local communities in the area. A strict environmental policy addresses the impact and management of the land, water, energy, sewage and solid wastes. The numbers of tourist visitors are being limited to a maximum of 12 per day to retain the wild and unspoilt nature of the area and to minimise the impact on the environment. The camp tents are lighted with solar power, with water-saving safari showers and flush toilets. | Rate includes: . Nairobi-Siana airstrip return flights . Maasai Mara park fees and Ol Kinyei conservancy fees . All game drives in open 4x4 vehicles . Walks with masai . Full board and free house wines, sundowner drinks, beer and soft drinks
In the event of heavy rainfall causing flooding of roads preventing access to the Porini Camps or to the parks, we may be obliged to amend the safari arrangements to offer a suitable alternative safari. | Great Migration The migration usually reaches this area of the Masai Mara towards the end of July, but of course it depends on the rains in the Mara and the grazing situation in the Serengeti. |
