Lalibela Tree Tops CampThese luxury safari tents are perched high on thatched platforms at "tree top" level. They are joined by raised walkways and offer spectacular views over the thickly-wooded valley below.

Facilities
As with the other Lalibela lodges, Tree Tops has a large lounge and open-air dining deck with a view over a small waterhole. Guests can sun themselves around the swimming pool or relax in the shaded gazebo. Special care and consideration was taken during the construction of Tree Tops to minimise the impact on the pristine vegetation in the valley.
Accommodation
4 tented rooms

The rooms, with their canvas walls and thatched roofs have huge window areas and give guests the feeling of being right in the bush. Each room has a private veranda where guests can sit and relax in privacy.

Access
Scheduled flights:
- Port Elizabeth Airport
Road Transfers:
- Available from and to Port Elizabeth's airport, hotels and car hire depots: approx. R600 - 750 (valid in 2005) per vehicle per transfer
Self-drive:
- Car hire available from Port Elizabeth.
- The lodge is a popular extention for those self-driving along the Garden Route from Cape Town.
- From Port Elizabeth follow the N2 highway towards Grahamstown for 90km. Entrance on left hand side.
- From Addo, follow the R335 through Paterson (becomes gravel road) to the N2 highway. Turn left onto N2 and find entrance on left hand side.
