Penduka is a unique company run by a family involved in wildlife since the turn of the century. The passion and appeal for the bush, the people, fauna and flora has continued through each generation.

Penduka prides itself in being able to take people into the untouched world of the Kalahari, where the timelessness of old Africa pervades.

We offer safaris to the fragile ecosystem of the Okavango, and through the impressive game parks of Botswana, Moremi, Savuti and Chobe, among the world's great natural wonders. Also an oportunity of viewing the majesty of the Victoria Falls where adventure abounds. In Namibia we travel through this vast country from the Kunene River to the Fish River Canyon, passing through ever changing landscapes.

Our safaris are run on the basis of providing the maximum comfort possible on a camping safari. Time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Wherever possible the camp is set up prior to our arrival allowing optimal time to game view. Mess tents are erected for dining and a competent cook produces tasty well-balanced meals.

Travelling with Penduka means that you will be having a real holiday, all duties are taken care of by our staff. No single supplement is charged.

Our specially designed and equipped vehicles are unequalled, and offer space, comfort and maximum pleasure in game viewing. Maintenance and service receive top priority, and we carry with us a full range of spare parts. Our camping equipment is of the highest quality, comprising refrigerator, camp showers and toilets. Accommodation is in spacious 3m x 3m tents, which are insect-proof and well ventilated. You can also choose our luxury Meru style en-suite tents. Dining tents are erected for meals. All bedding facilities are supplied, including sprung stretchers, mattresses and duvets.

These are not just tours - but a wilderness experience.
