Children of all ages welcome

Cape Peninsula - Olifantsbos cottageWhere the Cape Floral Kingdom meets the fury of the ocean. Olifantsbos is currently the only park-run accommodation available to the public. Just 45 minutes from Cape Town city center!
  • Mountain bike trails
  • Beach walks
  • Scuba diving
  • Hiking trails

The Cape Peninsula is in a unique position in that the coastal environment lies at the junction of two major southern African marine (biogeographic) provinces, namely: the cool Namaqua Province on the west coast and the warmer Agulhas Province on the east coast. Cape Point forms the boundary between these two provinces. Because of this the biology of the marine area surrounding the park is tremendously diverse.

A daily conservation levy is payable (excluded in the price range indicated). Wild Card members do not pay conservation fees provided that Proof of Identity and Wild Card are presented on arrival.
