You are collected from your accommodation and depart from Chameleon Backpackers Lodge, Windhoek 8h00am. | Day 10 Okaukuejo, Etosha National Park Etosha We collect you from your accommodation and depart from Chameleon Backpackers Lodge, Windhoek 8h00am. We stop briefly at Otjiwarongo for fresh supplies and have lunch at the entrance to the park. We game drive to camp and if time permits an additional game drive before sunset. Overnight camping. Dinner prepared by the guide with assistance from apprentice guide and evening is spent around the campfire or at the floodlit waterhole by the camp which is often popular with many species of game including black rhino and elephant (seasonal) (L,D) | Day 2 Halali, Etosha National Park Etosha Early morning and late afternoon game drives looking for the huge herds of zebra, springbok and wildebeest, the elegant giraffe and of course, the predators that follow them. We spend the hottest part of the day at camp either by the waterhole or the swimming pool. We will also visit the Etosha Pan, one translation meaning “Great White Place” and here you can experience the vastness of this pan and marvel at the shimmering mirages and distant horizons. Overnight camping. Dinner prepared by guide with assistance from apprentice guide and evening spent around the campfire or at the floodlit waterhole. (B,L,D) | Day 3 Namutoni, Etosha National Park Etosha Early morning and late afternoon game drives. We spend the hottest part of the day at camp either by the waterhole or the swimming pool. Overnight camping. Dinner prepared by guide with assistance from apprentice guide and evening spent around the campfire or at the floodlit waterhole. (B,L,D) | Day 4 Windhoek After breakfast we enjoy our final game drive to the park exit and return to Windhoek via the craft market at Okahandja.
