For health and safety reasons this trip is recommended to families with children over 6 years old, however the lodges will accept children of all ages.
The following are a few of the possible arrangements that can be made to make your trip as a parent (or child!) more enjoyable:
- early dinner sittings can be arranged with children friendly meals
- child minders will happily watch children either in their bedroom or TV room whilst parents go for dinner (note that although many of the female staff are mothers, none of them are 'qualified' nannies)
- all lodges have board games for children, suitable for ages 3 and upwards. Paints, crayons and colouring in books can also be organised
the swimming pools (available at some of the lodges) are suitable for children (with parental supervision) with very shallow sections.
- no children under 7 years allowed on scheduled departures. | Rate includes
