Entabeni travel info Topographically the reserve is split into two major sections with a cliff, of about 500m height on average, running east west through the reserve. This has resulted in distinctly different habitats and associated vegetation. A montane sourveld area above the cliff lies at 1600 to 1800 metres, typified by protea, beechwood and pipestem trees. A waterberg valley community linking the upper and lower communities with real yellowwood, mountain silver oak and lavender croton trees is present. The third distinct environment in the reserve is the lower bushveld environment at 1300 metres, with mixed veld, sweet and sour, russet bush willows, silver cluster leaf and wild seringa trees.
