Gorilla tracking travel info

Come prepared for a fairly strenuous trek (up to 4 hours) through dense forest - scrambling through ravines and negotiating a tangled maze of lianas and vines. When you meet up with the group, take your cue from your expert guide, and never make eye contact with the Silverback! Gorillas are herbivorous - with a diet of succulent leaves, buds and bulbs - but they're a lot bigger than you! Like all kids, the juveniles are characteristically playfull and recklessly inquisitive, but keep your distance - the adult females are always close behind, and you don't want to mess with the Big Guy! If the Silverback gets restless, crouch down quietly and keep your head down until he relaxes...

Gorillas are susceptible to human diseases, but have limited immune defenses, so visitors with contagious diseases are not permitted.
